    Chi Walk/Run Technique Clinics

Would you like to be able to run with ease and reduce your chances for injury?  ”Chi” Technique is not about “powering” down the road and tearing up your body - in fact it is quite the opposite.  Learning how proper body mechanics and mental focus are first and foremost while distance and power are secondary. Join the growing group of runners who are now running with greater efficiency and injury-free.

Bentonville Arkansas half-marathon, 4-5-14 - I met and visited with Joan Bonoit Samuelson, 1984 First Women’s Olympic Marathon Champion. So, we talked about “Chi Running” - she took my card - I told this “powerhouse” that “Chi Running” was not about “powering down the road”!  She took 3rd overall in this half-marathon with 1:28:26!  YIKES!!! Now, that some real power!!!! That was so much fun meeting and speaking with her! (my time was 2:09 with my “Chi” frame of mind and body!)
